There's an old saying that goes something like this...never judge a man until you've walked a mile in his shoes. We can't really understand another person's life until we've had some experiences that are similar to the ones that they have been through. Even God, in all of His knowledge and wisdom, didn't attempt to understand us without getting in our "shoes." In the third and final message of the "Undercover Boss" series, we'll see the beauty of why Jesus became "One of Us."

Do you get the feeling sometimes that you're putting forth a lot of effort with very little results? Maybe it's your efforts at your occupation, or your efforts in a relationship, or maybe even your efforts to grow as a believer. As is true with everything else in life, when we begin to hear the voice of Jesus speaking into our situations and act on that Voice, things will begin to change. In the message, "Business Tip," we'll look at a time when Jesus, undercover, speaks into a situation with His disciples and the fruit of their efforts goes from zero to abundance in one move.

Our perspective does not change everything in life,
but it certainly changes our response. The best perspectives
are formed in the light of God's eternal Word. Without the
Word...life, current events, relationships, and just about
anything else you can think of become anybody's guess. In this
message, we'll take a look at one of Jesus' appearances after
the resurrection and see how two of His followers were affected
when they began to see things through His eyes.

There is no god like our God. And, there is no father like our heavenly Father.
Part of the responsibility of a father, according to Scripture, is to provide for his family.
One of the names of our heavenly Father is Jehovah Jireh - which means "the Lord our provider".
It is His heart to meet our needs. Because He loves us, we can depend on Him for provision.
In fact, He promised it in His Word. But what are we to think when provision doesn't come,
or when it is limited in quantity? In the message, "Provision,"
we will see the promise of provision in light of three stages of promise and determine what we can do, especially in these economically challenging times, to prosper.

It has been said, "If you don't have your health, you don't have anything." While that statement may not be 100% accurate, it certainly has a lot of truth to it. Health isn't everything, but it is certainly near the very top of the list. We all want to be healthy and we'll do anything within our ability to get well when we aren't. But the big question is...how does God feel about it? Does He want all of the sick to be healed and all of the healthy to stay that way? And, if so, why do so many that pray for healing come short of it? In the message, "Vitality", we will look at these issues and what it takes to get beyond them.

God never intended for His people to run on "empty." His purpose in sending the Holy Spirit was to empower His people to live the Christian life (in all circumstances) and to empower them to be lights in the world. The degree of success that we achieve in these two areas is largely dependent on our relationship with the Holy Spirit. There are three types of people in the world - those do not have the Holy Spirit in them, those who have the Holy Spirit in them but do not walk in Him, and those who have the Holy Spirit in them and walk in spiritual power. In the message, "Propulsion," we will see how to live in that third category.

Series: Promises, Promises
The Bible is plain...if a man is in Christ, he is a new creature. Old things are passed away and all things have become new. The problem lies in the fact that many who profess Christ do not look or act very much like Him. And those who bear His resemblance do not do so perfectly. What gives? Can a person be saved and yet not look or act like it...even, at least, a little bit? As we continue the "Promises, Promises" series, we will see the three stages of the promises in regards to salvation and what they mean in relation to these questions.

Series: Promises, Promises
God never lies. And, He has made some amazing promises to His people. When we
discover and believe His promises, wonderful things happen in our lives that we might
otherwise have missed. But what about the times when the promises do not seem to be
working? In the message "Unfulfilled Promises," we will look at some essentials for
aligning ourselves with the Word of God in order to see the promises of God fulfilled -
including the most significant issue of all.

God has made some incredible promises in His Word. And, He has granted us some very
specific blessings and rights as believers. In the message, "Standing On the Promises,"
we introduce the subject of the blessings and promises of God and see how we qualify to
receive them. We also identify God's two primary purposes fo giving them to us.

Series: Taking Jesus Seriously
As we have discussed the fruits of a fasting lifestyle, it has been exciting to see the
number of people that have responded and have committed their lives to seeking the Lord
in a fresh, new way. The challenge, now, will be that of turning those committments into
reality in practical, everyday life. In the message, "Lord Help Me, I'm Busy," we'll look at
three factors that will make an ongoing life of seeking God doable.
