Southern Baptists Still Pondering Public School Exodus

Despite the media attention garnered from a resolution urging Southern Baptists to "remove their children from the government schools," messengers to the 2004 Annual Meeting of the Southern Baptist Convention failed to back the controversial initiative. However, the convention's lack of support did not blind Evangelicals to concerns brought to the forefront by this proposed resolution.
